WA’s Commission for Occupational Safety and Health is seeking public comment on the code of practice for workplace behaviour. The consultation period ends 30 August 2021.

This code focuses on the prevention and management of inappropriate or unreasonable behaviour in the workplace. It aims to provide practical guidance for workplaces where people may be exposed to various forms of inappropriate or unreasonable workplace behaviour, including physical assault, verbal abuse, threats, intimidation and harassment.
