What can we do when a worker is unable to work due to injury?
Q: A full-time worker has been on workers’ compensation for a few months. He is 65 years old and nearing retirement. It is unlikely that he can return to work in the same capacity due to his injury and we will not have an appropriate role available for him. What are our options?
