Feyzullah Kaya v Team Global Express Pty Ltd, Sam Carnibella, Christopher Catania (2023)

Mr Kaya lodged bullying complaints with his employer, Team Global Express Pty Ltd, about conduct perpetrated by his colleagues, Sam Carnibella and Chris Catania, and his manager, Mr Dimitrovski.

Team Global Express investigated the bullying complaints and found that most of the complaints made against Mr Catania were substantiated, including inappropriate touching, swearing and aggressive behaviour. However, Team Global Express found the complaints made against Mr Carnibella and Mr Dimitrovski were not substantiated.
