Pipecon Pty Ltd is a civil construction company in Ballarat, Victoria.
On 14 February 2018, Pipecon started work at a site to construct a main trunk sewer system (the project). The project included trenching, pipe-laying and manhole installation. The project required Pipecon’s employees to work in and around excavated trenches and manhole pits.
