Endeavour Coal Pty Limited (Endeavour) operates in the coal and mining industry.

In June 2019, while working on installing a scraper conveyor in a concrete sump, a worker for Endeavour was walking along the machine’s guard when he slipped. His right foot dropped into an inlet hole and was trapped in moving machinery. The worker suffered serious injuries to his foot, and suffers ongoing mental and physical trauma.
