WorkSafe WA v VDM Engineering (2022)
VDM Engineering engaged a transport company to deliver four 12-metre steel pipes weighing 1.1 tonnes each. While the semi-trailer was being unloaded, one of the steel pipes rolled off the forklift tines, pinning the truck driver against a nearby wall.
